SERVICEI provide Digital Services only, there won't be any physical deliveries.By placing an order for a NSFW commission you confirm and agree that you are of the age of 18 years old or above.By placing an order with me for a custom illustration (commission), you understand that you are purchasing digital goods (non-physical merchandise) and agree to the following terms and conditions:USAGEYou may not claim the artwork as your own. You are free to repost and share the finished piece as long my signature is not removed and proper credit is given. Sharing my social links is appreciated but not mandatory.Do not publish NSFW artwork in websites that it might violate TOS. Cropped or blurred is fine.You may edit the finished piece with filters, cropping for avatar / banner use, or any other non-intrusive alterations. Painting over or greatly altering my artwork is not allowed.I retain the intellectual property of finished commissions. Do not by any means auction them as NFTs. Do not request to auction them as NFTs. Do not use my artwork in AI processes or AI database training.You are free to print your order for non-commercial purposes as long my signature is not removed.
Logistics and expenses for printing are completely the client's responsibility.Do not profit off the finished commission by any means unless previously thoroughly discussed and agreed upon with signed contract. This include usage for personal online shops.Do not use my work for political purposes under any circumstance.TERMSI will draw: OCs, canon characters, animals, alien species, most monsters and fantasy creatures. Skeletons, blood, mild to average injuries.I won’t draw: Severe / certain types of gore (amputations*, broken bones), heavy mechanical pieces (small parts / prosthetics / cyberpunk cyberware are fine). Racial supremacy content, real life related politics / activism. Violence towards children. *Amputees and visible physical disabilities are fine.I won’t draw (NSFW): Gore, scat, water sports, racial supremacy content, real people, underage people.Not my cup of tea (NSFW): Ahegao, extreme amounts of fluids, non-organic looking robots (like transformers).Ask me: Scenes involving needles and unlisted potentially sensitive topics.Ask me (NSFW): Oviposition, kinks involving blood, extreme domination/submission, and other unlisted potentially sensitive kinks.I'll begin to work upon payment confirmation of the invoice, following a queue list. You may request as many alterations desired during the sketch phase, but alterations past this part may be charged extra.I typically provide just one sketch concept at a time for feedback. Entirely new concepts may be requested, but you forfeit the property of refused sketches - they may be reused for personal work or other commissions.I work as fast as I’m able, but am known to be on the slower side. Some types of commissions take longer than others - commission updates will be given upon request and as often as possible. You may also check the Queue Trello. Please be considerate and mindful of this when ordering!PAYMENTS & REFUNDSAll prices are in USD. I only work through Paypal Invoice. Brazilian clients may contact me for according rates and other payment methods.Commissions below $70 are full up-front. Payment plans can be discussed for orders above that margin, however your order will not be delivered until the payment is fully processed. Additional fee for Paypal taxes may apply.Works with due dates are charged extra. Rush work is characterized as: within 4 weeks for illustrations; within 8 weeks for paintings. Always inform me if you're expecting your work in a certain deadline even if it doesn't qualify as rush work.
I do not work within pre-established deadlines for NSFW commissions.If I’m unable to complete your order for any reason, you will be refunded fully. If you cancel your order for any reason and I have already started it, I may keep a percentage according to the work done.Completed commissions are absolutely not refundable.TECHNICALEither 1:1 or A4 format, in a .png file. DPI varies (144p to 300p and above).RGB only. If you need CMYK conversion, request during inquiry phase.Specific dimensions must be requested during commission inquiry phase.Merged .psd full resolution file may be provided upon request.
